The customer was using AS230 (US802) and S5 150U (US803) system. It needed to be upgraded to a new modern PCS7 system for better efficiency and productivity. The I/O had to be replaced with ET200 M modules.
Implementation
- PCS7 system implementation using S7-400 redundant system
- Remote controlling done by S7300
- Upgraded the Doc-based system to PCS7 SCADA
