Key requirement of this implementation was to regulate temperature to keep seafood fresh and ready to sell. To achieve this objective, different temperatures were required across three sections:

  • Minus 40 degree Celsius
  • Minus 43 degree Celsius
  • Minus 3 degree Celsius
