One of many such stories I would like to share with you, is about how we did an amazing transition from Siemens S5 to S7 PLC system, at an esteemed customer’s site. They are manufacturers of exhaust systems for the automotive industry. They were facing problems of spares and hence servicing of their outdated system, which did not even have HMI facility for aiding troubleshooting. For a job that would have normally taken few days to complete, our expert and dedicated team performed a record breaking act of completing this job in less than 8 hours. Right from removing the old S5, to replacement with S7, internal wiring, adding relay board, migrating previous software and creating backup, setting up the HMI, performing I/O tests and handing over to customer – we did it in a matter of 8 hours.
